Mechanical Construction Manager – Data Centre £75,000 - £85,000 per annum Frankfurt, Germany Streamline Recruitment have partnered with an established Mechanical Contractor who specialise in Commercial, Healthcare & Data Centre projects within London, and have recently gained work within Europe for their data centre division. Streamline’s client are currently looking to have a Mechanical Construction Manager to join the team on a permanent basis to join the Data Centre division and be a part of prestigious projects in both London & Europe. This is a great opportunity to join a leading contractor with a chance of working oversees whilst being able to gain career development as well as progression. Responsibilities: * Reporting to Mechanical Project Manager * Manage subcontractors * Producing RAMS * Overseeing Mechanical Installations * Taking toolbox meetings * Produce progress reports * Responsible for QA works for Mechanical Packages * Manage project from start to completion * Work effectively towards deadlines Requirements: * Right to work in Europe * SMSTS Certificate * Proven experiences as Mechanical Construction Manager * Previous Data Centre experience (preferable) * Must have experience within large commercial schemes * Flexibility to work abroad What you will gain in return: * Opportunity to Progress and Develop whilst working for leading contractor * Opportunity to work abroad * Flights & Accommodation paid for * 24 days annual leave * Private Healthcare * Private Dental Care
