We are looking for a driven individual to join our Exeter-based team as a Sales Representative, where you'll play a key role in driving business growth by nurturing existing customer accounts and identifying new sales opportunities. About the Role In this phone-based role, you’ll work with a mix of established accounts, warm leads, and some cold calling to build relationships, maximize revenue, and identify new opportunities for growth. You'll use your excellent communication skills to engage with customers, offering them reliable products and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities * Grow relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities. * Use remote communication channels to prospect new clients. * Hit KPIs such as sales volume, revenue per call, and number of successful contacts. * Work towards sales targets with an attractive commission structure. Requirements What You’ll Need * Sales experience: Proven telephone sales skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. * Tech-savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and relevant sales tools. * Driven: A results-focused attitude with the ability to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals. * Organised: Strong time management and adaptability in various customer situations. * Reliable: We need someone who is resilient, passionate about sales, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements * Ability to commute to our Exeter office—this role is office-based. * A positive, customer-centric approach with a professional telephone manner. * Passionate about achieving success in a dynamic sales environment.
