Accounts Manager Malvern £30,000-£33,000p/a Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Accounts Manager to join their team. They are looking for a dedicated professional eager to make a decisive impact on the organisations financial management and growth. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the Accounts Department, including the management of a team of three staff members. * Maintain and manage year-end accounts up to trial balance for 13 sets of accounts. * Handle Self-Assessment, personal account records, and liaise with external Accountants. * Manage financial processes including sales and purchase ledgers, payment runs, and bank reconciliations. * Maintain and update loan and mortgage schedules * Process payroll for up to 80 staff (salaried, hourly, daily, and weekly), including timesheet verification and pension management. * Submit monthly/annual pension records and complete HMRC PAYE submissions. * Manage payroll journals, deferred income, interest, and intercompany transactions. * Ensure compliance with VAT and other regulatory filings. * Address staff inquiries related to payroll, pensions, and taxes. * Oversee holiday records and assist with other administrative duties as needed. Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience in financial management and payroll processing. * Knowledge of systems such as Xero preferred. * Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and schedules.
