LB Design recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established professional property services company to recruit an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist. The client offers services ranging from providing individuals with domestic advice to multi-million-pound government projects.
The in-house architectural team have a vast range of experience and skills, they excel at Residential development and re-modelling schemes. They also have considerable experience in the Education, Health and Commercial sectors. More recently they have started working with the MOD on defence related work.
You will need UK practice experience in producing full detailed working drawings, 3D rendered presentation drawings, schedule of works, specifications and be up to date with the latest NHBC standards. This is a client facing role and you will have full project involvement. Proficiency in Revit is an advantage but not essential as training can be provided.
The practice does accommodate flexible working after an initial induction period.
