Join Our Team as an Exams Officer & Awarding Organisation Coordinator! We are seeking a detail-oriented Exams Officer & Awarding Organisation Coordinator to manage all exam-related activities and processes. This crucial role involves overseeing qualifications and certifications across various Awarding Organisations, organising End-Point Assessments (EPA), leading External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits, and managing learner data to ensure smooth and timely exam operations. Key Responsibilities: * Manage qualification registrations, claims processing, and EPA bookings. * Lead EQA visits and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure readiness. * Oversee all exam activities while ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations. * Handle enquiries, manage complaints, and collect learner feedback. * Utilise Pellcomp (PICS) software for data entry and reporting. Qualifications and Skills: * Proven experience in exam coordination or awarding organisation processes. * Familiarity with Pellcomp (PICS) software and learner management systems is preferred. * Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Keen attention to detail and high accuracy. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
