QHSE Manager - Permanent £50-55,000 Nr. Aberdare An exciting opportunity for a QHSE Manager has arisen with my client near Aberdare, who is a leading international supplier of custom-designed products, who are focused on high-quality and excellent service. Reporting to the General Manager, you must be passionate about health & safety, environmental and quality elements within the company's operations. As QHSE Manager you will ensure the company meets regulatory requirements, protects the workforce, the environment, and maintains high-quality standards, identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them. This is a stand-alone role, however the QHSE Manager will work closely with the senior management team. This is an autonomous role, so you will need to be a proactive individual, prepared to perform managerial and operational tasks to ensure compliance, promote a safe and healthy workplace, and maintain high product quality standards. Responsibilities include: Developing and Implementing QHSE Policies Risk Assessment and Management Training and Education Auditing and Inspections Incident Investigation Emergency Preparedness Compliance Monitoring Communication Documentation and Reporting Supplier and Contractor Management Continuous Improvement Regulatory Liaison Performance metrics You must have: Successfully managed and maintained the Quality Management System to IATF16949 standard. Proven track record in practical problem solving Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and TISAX APQP process and Process Flow, PFMEA and Control Plan development.
