Schemes range from larger estates to exclusive streets of 10 new homes – largest current scheme is 50 plots Great working environment, lovely offices and team, good social side to the job / social events You will be learning from a skilled Architect and will have the opportunity to progress onto designing your own schemes. The Role – Architectural Assistant This role sits within the design team. You will be working under an Architect on the planning side: You will be drawing and detailing the layouts they have designed. (RIBA stages 2 and 3) The right person – Architectural Assistant * You will currently be working as an Architectural Assistant or CAD Technician or Architectural Technician for a developer or a practice. * You will be a strong communicator * You will have creative flair. * You will have experience working at planning stage * You will ideally have some experience of drawing layouts on the design side Architectural Assistant / housing / residential ial
