Network Support Engineer

Salary - £40,000k - £55,000 10% Bonus Location - Hybrif Londpon Benefits - Pension, Healthcare, Training allowance Must be UK based and eligible to live and work in the UK. The Company A fast-growing, specialised network & communications managed service provider is looking to expand their highly skilled Network Team. They offer full managed services, across Enterprise Networks and Next Generation Security. Offering the chance to learn and work with and upskill in the latest technologies including Cisco ISE, DNA Centre and SD-Access. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple CCIE level consultants, whilst gaining exposure to the latest and greatest technology solutions. The Role As the Network Support Engineer, you will support customer enterprise networking environments. Acting as a mid to senior level escalation point, you will troubleshoot and remediate faults and networking Your daily tasks will include: * Work with project teams to develop and deliver leading cutting edge technology solutions. * Manage and troubleshoot customer network environments, acting as point of escalation within Enterprise networks and security. * You will keep up to date with the latest trends in the networking space. Skills and Experience Required * 3-10 years of experience working within Networking * Experience in supporting campus LAN environments, WLAN would be desirable * You will ideally hold a CCNA or CCNP certification with a passion to continue to develop your skillet. * Ideally you will have have experience working with the latest technologies from Cisco, including FirePOWER, DNAC, ISE, ACI, SD-Access and Umbrella. This is not essential, but solid Enterprise Network experience is. * Must be a fantastic written and spoken communicator * Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers
