Renewals Account Manager 3 days office based, London £35k base £10k comms Our client are currently looking for a renewals person to join their team. They are an IT services and solutions company. The role: Management of support & maintenance renewals throughout the sales process focusing on one of the following outcomes: Renewal Consolidate contracts for bundled co-termination Upsell to a Support Plus contract Adding Disk Retention to all renewal quotes Ownership of the renewals contract base Engagement with Vendors and Internal Teams to obtain pricing support for the renewal quotes Accuracy in all renewal records within the CRM system Raising quotes, creating contracts and booking orders for renewal opportunities Ideal knowledge: Understanding of products and services Good knowledge of internal CRM systems Understanding of the sales process, forecasting and closing business
