SEND Teaching Assistant
involves: Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with SEND. Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management. Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to implement individualised learning plans. Encouraging students’ social and emotional development in a safe environment. Supporting students in developing independence and academic confidence. What we’re looking for: A
1st Class
or
2:1 degree
from a top UK university. Passion for working with children, especially those with SEND. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. Prior experience working with SEND students is desirable but not essential. This is a full-time position in
Richmond upon Thames , starting
ASAP
and continuing until
July 2025 . The role offers competitive weekly pay of
£500 - £600 , inclusive of holiday pay.
