A leading battery software company is currently looking to hire an Application Engineer (Customer Support). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, ensuring they can effectively utilise battery characterisation and modelling tools.   The Application Engineer (Customer Support) will: Troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with the development team to resolve bugs and improve product performance. Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to provide feedback from customers for product enhancement and development. Provide expert technical support to customers using our battery testing and modelling software. Document technical support processes, maintain support resources, and contribute to knowledge bases to improve customer self-service. Manage and prioritise support requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions The Application Engineer (Customer Support) will have: 3-5 years working in industry or research application-oriented environment. Expertise in MATLAB and Simulink for battery modelling. Experience with solving battery-related problems using models. Proven experience in customer support or customer success roles.
