Floor Manager

Floor Manager Up to £40,000 P/A + profit share + fortnightly salary We are looking for a Floor Manager to come in and shine alongside our Eastern Mediterranean Fantasy. You should have the ability to lead a team and take over a section at our busy restaurant, alongside training on steps of service and being equipped with flare to enhance a guest's experience. We are currently looking to fulfil positions at Multiple venues. Our first restaurant Bala Baya which is located near the Tate modern by bankside and Kapara in Soho! Bala Baya brings an authentic taste of the Eastern Med to South London. In true Bala fashion, weve brought everything needed to make a mini slice of mediterranean culture

our own pita oven, house made Gazoz, Bauhaus architecture and soundtrack to match. Kapara is set aside from the hustle and bustle of Soho in the newly built James Court where we throw all expectations out the door with our inclusive concept, breaking the normal standard of service and our general love to eat and party. We encourage a fast learner who is looking to develop their skills and has the desire to grow within our establishment to join us. You are; Able to demonstrate a clear knowledge of our products through genuine recommendations and by ensuring our food and drink product presentation is always of an outstanding quality Able to take responsibility for your team on shift to ensure service standards and safety/ security expectations are all met to the highest of standards Passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to provide an unforgettable experience Able to deal with customer queries and complaints quickly and professionally Always willing to learn new skills and explore opportunities to grow within the company Able to support the Management team to deliver set goals Your Responsibilities Oversee waiters on section. Ability to upsell. Keep on top of table maintenance. Communicated to manager of service issues. Support where needed. Opening and closing restaurant. Reporting/Admin support for AGM. Keep up to date on food & drinks matrix. Assist directly to the AGM. Salary / Benefits Company pension scheme Staff parties!!!
