Production Operative

Production Operative Crediton, Devon Monday to Friday, 6:15am to 3pm £11.44 per hour We are now recruiting for a Production Operative to join a fantastic manufacturing company based in central Crediton. You will join a team that specialise in confectionary products and distribute throughout the UK. Working within their production department, you will be joining a department which is key in the supply chain of their produce ready for dispatch. The role does demand accuracy, accountability and reliability with a key eye for attention. The role of a Production Operative is varied with duties including: Manufacturing confectionery products using traditional methods Following written instructions Ensuring all items are correctly labelled and packed Reporting any damaged / defective products Working to packing deadlines Closely working between production, packing and despatch departments Operating equipment/machinery Ensure machinery is cleaned to a high standard Manual Handling/ Heavy lifting will be required Production Operative Requirements: Ability to work well as part of a team and also independently Positive can-do attitude Works hard to meet deadlines in a timely manner Able to reliably get to site for shift times Working hours and pay rates: Monday to Friday 6:15am to 3pm £11.44 per hour Sound like the Production Operative job for you?
