Senior Residential Support Worker – Make a Difference Every Day! 🌟   Location: Residential Home for Mixed-Gender and Non-Binary Children and Young People (Ages 8-18) Rating: GOOD Ofsted   Are you passionate about shaping the lives of young people? We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join this team as Senior Residential Support Workers. This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to create lasting, positive change for children with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties.   What You’ll Do: Provide direct care and support to children in a nurturing residential setting. Build meaningful relationships that help children thrive and feel secure. Promote positive experiences and create a safe, supportive environment. Lead and inspire your team to deliver the highest standard of care. What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Support Worker with children or young adults. Strong ability to connect with and support children, fostering trust and rapport. A resilient and adaptable attitude, ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of this role. NVQ3 in Children and Young People (or a commitment to achieve it). Perks and Benefits: Flexible Work/Life Balance: 39 hours per week across three shifts (08:00-23:00), including two sleep-ins.
