Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Location: Haringey N8 Salary: £26,000 per year Hours: 8 hours shifts Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent Full-time Plus Staff Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a lovely nursery who are looking to recruit a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for their wonderful setting based in Harringay, London. For this role we are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner with SENCO experience. Key Duties: * Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS * Promoting and supporting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues * Take necessary steps to safeguard all who access the setting, adhering to the safeguarding policy * Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of the children at all times * Flexible in working hours if required. * Support daily routines. * Follow policies and procedures. * Leading staff members and teams. * Light cleaning duties. * Maintain a high level of supervision. * Maintain confidentiality. Requirements: * Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification) * Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting * Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children * Knowledge of child development theories and practices * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * First Aid and CPR certification (preferred) * Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding) All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and provide two suitable references Apply Now If this sounds like the type of vacancy you feel you have been looking for, then apply today!
