Assistant Food & Beverage Manager 33,500 per year working 40 Hour Contract Based in Southampton Area Our clients hotel in the near future will be going through a substantial refurbishment and is now looking for a passionate hands-on Assistant F&B Manager, you will be a key part of the senior management team and will be responsible for the Restaurant & Bar operations and you will also be required to be the duty hotel manager. To be successful for the role of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you will need to understand profit and loss accounts, experienced in training and development and have a knowledge of Cocktails and current bar trends.
