Salary: £22.23 - £23.23p/h ( The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings and will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview. ) Up to £48,300 per annum based on 40h

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of those living with dementia? We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Dementia Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team in a Newly opened Dementia care community within our home.
As a Dementia Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide specialist care for individuals with complex needs, focusing on person-centred approaches and therapeutic interventions. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, offering support, education, and mentoring to staff, while ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop care plans for individuals with dementia.
Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve well-being.
Provide guidance and training to care staff.
Collaborate with health, social, and voluntary services for coordinated care.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse ( RMN /RGN / RNLD ) qualified .
Minimum 2 years of experience in dementia care.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
Full eligibility to work and live in the UK
