Key Responsibilities: * Perform thorough site cleaning to ensure a safe and tidy environment. * Manage water systems effectively to prevent any on-site issues. * Oversee waste management, ensuring proper disposal and recycling practices. * Conduct builders' cleans in 30 rooms, ensuring all areas meet high cleanliness standards. * Clean and maintain common areas, including corridors, staircases, and restrooms. * Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently. * Report any maintenance or safety issues to the site manager promptly. Requirements: * Valid CSCS Card. * Previous experience working as a building cleaner on construction sites. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
