Job : Associate Asbestos Surveyor, Location : Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester Rate: OTE of £200 - £300 per day IR35 Determination : Outside scope Expenses Covered : Postage, parking, mileage, Exciting Long-Term Opportunity for Asbestos Surveyors in the North of England! My client are a leading provider of Environmental Management Services in the North of England, is seeking a motivated and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join the team. This is a full-time, long-term contract with excellent earning potential and the opportunity to work on high-profile clients across the North of England, specifically along the M62 and M1 motorway corridors. What you'll do: Conduct a wide range of asbestos surveys, including: Management surveys Refurbishment and demolition surveys Re-Inspections Surveys to Communal Areas Who you are: You have a proven track record as an Asbestos Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years of experience. You are fully qualified and certified , holding relevant UKATA or BOHS qualifications. You are proficient in all aspects of asbestos surveying, including asbestos sampling and analysis. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. You are passionate about safety and committed to providing high-quality service. You are familiar with working on projects located along the M62 and M1 motorway corridors.
