**Salary:** £45,628+ Dependent of skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing:**

* Develop and implement a tailored training package for the company’s management system
* Lead research and development of specialised equipment to support business objectives, including exploring innovations from other industries to meet evolving needs
* Provide comprehensive support for RVI equipment, including maintenance, repairs, procurement, trials, and handling emergent requests within the department
* Generate and analyse performance metrics to assess the benefits of capability improvements over time
* Assist in preparing business cases and justifications, with a focus on maximising return on investment

**Your skills and experiences:**

Essential

* Degree qualified in an Engineering Discipline or relevant experience
* Knowledge Visual inspection
* Must have the ability to effectively negotiate, persuade and influence up to senior management****

Desirable

* Previous RVIinspection experience would be beneficial
* Must have excellent report writing skills
* Toolsets Jira, Sharepoint, Microsoft
* Remote visual inspection experience

**The Nuclear Engineering Inspection team:**

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a growing team at BAE
Systems, working across a variety of platforms within our Submarine division.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with key projects like Astute, Dreadnought,
SSNA, and AUKUS, while expanding your knowledge and developing valuable skills
throughout different stages of the build process. You’ll be part of a talented
team of 70 professionals, spread across six specialised groups within our
