Maintenance Surveyor

MMP Consultancy are currently seeking Maintenance Surveyor for a North West London public sector housing organisation. £280per day LTD (Inside IR35). Office, Site and Home Working. Hybrid (Mostly site based work) About the role * Contractor Management - delivery of work in timely manner and within budget. * Complaints Management handling Stage 1 MP and Councillor enquiries. * WIP management, ensuring issues are resolved and delivery of works is smooth. * Pre Inspections inspection and specification. * Post Inspections quality assurance and tenant liaison. * Administration - ensure all queries are responded to, jobs are raised and close correctly. Title: Maintenance Surveyor Salary: £280 per day (Inside IR35) Location: North West London Contract: Rolling Contract (3 Months rolling - One week notice) Benefit: Approved business-related expenses
