Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Location: Based at our beautiful Wash Farm in Devon, near Buckfastleigh, this role offers flexible, hybrid working, with a 2-3 days a week on-site.
The Range Development Manager Sub & Seasonal plays a pivotal role in ensuring our food offerings remain fresh, vibrant, and deeply rooted in sustainability. You will thoughtfully develop and curate exclusive product ranges that not only complement but elevate our core selection, blending creativity and innovation with the joy of good food. By introducing unique, exciting products, you'll help more families embrace our ethos of "Living Life on the Veg."
In this role, you'll manage a dedicated team and work closely with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams, ensuring our offerings meet customer needs while staying true to Riverford's mission of delivering sustainable, delicious food.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop exclusive product ranges ("Made for Riverford").
Introduce new categories, such as tea and coffee ("Discovered for Riverford").
Lead the management and expansion of seasonal ranges.
Scope and deliver an updated recipe box and kit range.
Oversee continuous improvements to our Recipe Boxes and Kits.
Skills & experience:
Product and team management, ideally in food retail.
Operational focus with an eye on profitability.
Strong cross-functional collaboration.
Creative and data-driven driven logical judgment
