We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to join our outstanding team in Wandsworth. As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a vital role in guiding and nurturing our students through their formative years. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and challenging lessons for Key Stage 2 students. Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and independent learning. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community. Conduct ongoing assessment and tracking of student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support. Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure curriculum continuity and interdisciplinary learning opportunities. Implement effective classroom management strategies that promote a respectful and positive atmosphere. Develop students' literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills through engaging activities and differentiated instruction. Organize and participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular activities. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a proven track record of teaching in Key Stage 2. Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches. Exceptional classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging and structured learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Dedication to continuous professional development and staying abreast of educational advancements. Proficiency in integrating technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
