4Site are looking for Electrical Supervisors to join our client for works based in Central London and surrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of electrical temporary works on construction sites.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure the design and implementation of temporary installations align with project requirements.
- Collaborate with on-site teams, contractors, and project managers to address and resolve any issues related to temporary works.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of temporary works activities, including reports and inspection records.
This is a fulltime permanent role, Monday to Friday and based across various project sites in central London.
About You:
- Proven experience as a supervisor in the construction industry.
- Must have Temporary Services experience.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills
Additional information:
- There are three openings for this position.
- Minimum requirement is a Gold JIB card (Black is a bonus) / NVQL3
- This role is also mobile. (van and fuel card provided)
- 2 years experience in a temporary field, or 5 years in construction.
Salary
- £50,000-£55,000p/a

In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of 4 MEP engineers and coordinating temporary services across our projects. You will be responsible for setting workloads, maintaining schedules, and ensuring work is getting done.
