Senior Technical Designer – D&B Office Fit-Out A renowned D&B office fit-out specialist, established for over 20 years with a turnover of £30m-£40m, is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Designer to join its growing team. With multiple offices in London and the South East, including a head office near London Bridge, the company offers hybrid working with a minimum of three office days per week. Role: Senior Technical Designer The role demands expertise in D&B office fit-out projects, including ownership of a prestigious £6m Cat A fit-out in London. The candidate will oversee end-to-end technical design, ensuring project excellence through close collaboration with consultants, contractors, creative designers, and pre-construction teams. Responsibilities include front-end due diligence, technical design validation, and seamless project transfer to delivery. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Key Requirements: * Extensive experience in D&B office fit-outs, ideally within the City of London * Strong on-site experience, with coordination of structural, fire strategy, and other technical elements * Ability to manage project packages up to £5m, with possible client-facing interactions Package: * Up to £75,000 per annum, plus a 10% performance-based bonus, paid bi-annually * Benefits, career progression, and a flexible hybrid working model This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Technical Designer to take full ownership of high-value, dynamic projects within a reputable D&B contractor
