Kenton Black Group are currently recruiting for a Senior Deburrer for a growing Precision Engineering firm based in Exhall. Our client manufactures high quality components for various sectors. Senior Deburrer - The Role: You will be joining an established team to assist with the deburring and finishing of machined parts. Guide and train junior members of the team. Laise with both the machining team and quality team to ensure smooth workflow. Use of a mix of power tools. Company quality procedures will be adhered to. Client offers an ongoing commitment to training and career development. Free on-site parking. Ideally located for Transport links. Pension scheme. Senior Deburrer - Skill Requirements: Extensive experience with Deburring / Metal Finishes of high quality metal components. Team lead / Supervisor experience. Ability to read and interpret complex Engineering drawings. Experience handling exotic materials beneficial. High attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
