Quality Control Technical Operator

On behalf of our client near Esher, Surrey, Line Up Aviation are seeking applicants for a permanent Quality Control Technical Operator opportunity. Start ASAP! The successful Quality Control Technical Operator will verify and ensure that products received from suppliers are compliant with the specifications and requests listed on the company's purchase order. Main tasks and responsibilities: Perform the incoming inspection according to the control plan proposed by SAP. Check and update on SAP the batch classification of the inspected material. Use the measuring tools accurately. Inspection of parts - nuts and bolts etc Ensure that lots in the segregation area are traceable. Inform the Supplier Quality Management team in case of noncompliance of the material inspected. To undertake, as directed, any other duties as may be commensurate with the overall efficient running of the Company.Ideal candidate profile: Able to read technical drawings Knowledge of materials and surface finishing processes Able to use manual tools for dimensional inspection Experience using SAP - desirable Keen eye for detail Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel GCSE's including Maths & English Fluent written and spoken EnglishAdditional Information: Salary up to £27,500 DOE Monday to Friday day shift. 37.5 hours per week Office based Free onsite parking and excellent public transport links Attractive benefits packageIf you are interested in applying for this position and you meet the requirements, please apply immediately.
