The role - SEN Teacher -Newham Plans and teaches lessons to small groups and individual students, as well as working with small groups of students Writing reports and taking attendance, preparing teaching materials, and taking registers Encourage students to learn and to develop confidence by helping them develop independence and self-confidence Managing behaviour, marking work, and keeping parents and carers informed about the progress their children are making Assist specialist teaching services, medical personnel, counsellors, and psychologists with the provision of education Organise educational trips, attend workshops and provide training to other teaching staff on special educational needs issues on a regular basisThe school - SEN Teacher - Newham As a co-educational special school specialising in autism and complex needs, this school setting aims to fulfill the needs of children aged between 2 and 19 as well as those with social communication, cognitive, sensory, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
