Registered for up to 40 residents. The home has a great CQC and reputation in the area. The home specialises the following care categories: Care Categories Older Person Care Physical Disability Respite Care Requirements: Proven experience in managing a care home, with a strong track record of success in delivering high quality care and achieving good CQC ratings. NMC pin ( NURSE / RGN / RMN ) In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
