An exciting and challenging position to join a growing company in the centre of Cardiff to become a Project Coordinator. This role is an addition to their current team and you will be joining an upbeat, busy and totally supportive organisation from day one. The Project Coordinator will be required to support and assist with the operational activities within the business and working very closely to the team and their clients to ensure a smooth coordination service. Duties Include Process work requests taking responsibility for work planning Provide focal point of contact for customers Process material and equipment orders Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of the project Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills. Handle queries from managers and employees effectively and provide solutionsPerson Specification Possesses strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively with all levels Proactive and able to work on own initiative, or with minimal support Ability to priorities their workload effectively with strong time management and organisational skills Emphasis on accuracy with excellent attention to detail A strong working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft packagesPlease apply for this great permanent opportunity ASAP
