This role will involve handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries in regards to life insurance, giving customers piece of mind that those who matter most to them are protected.
The salary is 30,000, after 6 months this increases to 33,000 per annum, this role also contains many benefits including an OTE of 50,000 - 85,000.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant:
- Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products
- Providing accurate information on products to customers
- Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance
- Helping and support customers, giving them the peace of mind
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Consultant:
- Experience working within a sales role or customer service environment (preferably in a call centre)
- You should be target-driven
- Strong communication and listening skills are required, you should be empathetic as you may have difficult conversations with customers
- High level of resilience with the motivation to succeed is required due to the nature of the role
- Being passionate about providing customers great customer service is necessary
