The Requirements A current Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor within a high- quality, restaurant or hotel setting Have the ability to lead from the front and be "the face" of the dining room A real passion for food and hospitality is a must The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will have excellent attention to detail Wine knowledge is desired, but not essential The Location Leeds Excellent public transport links
