Technical Coordinator (Engineering Bias), Warwickshire
A rare opportunity has arisen for an Engineering professional to join a successful residential developer in Warwickshire. The successful candidate will oversee technical information and ensure that all services and agreements are completed on-time and to a high standard.
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the delivery of surveys and reports
- Coordinate engineering and architectural consultants
- Attend progress meetings
- Attend site visits
- Submission of all information to NHBC
Candidates should be educated to Degree, HND/HNC level or equivalent in Engineering and possess a CSCS card, chartership is desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills are critical along with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Experience working as an Engineering Coordinator within a residential developer is ideal however those from consultancy with traditional build residential experience will also be well-suited.
