We are hiring European Procurement Lead to head up the procurement and supply chain department for a growing food brand.

The individual will be responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers, optimising processes and driving the EMEA supply chain strategy.

Description

  • Sourcing and managing global supplier
  • Leading negotiations to secure cost-effective but high quality product.
  • Implementing strategies to optimise supply chain processes.
  • Developing excellent relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Reporting supply chain performances to senior management.
  • Working cross-functionally to launch new menus.

Profile

  • 8 + years within QSR or restaurant procurement.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • A passion for the food industry!
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A thorough understanding of supply chain processes
