Estimator

Location: Midlands, UK Company: Dewey Group Dewey Group is looking for an experienced Estimator to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in piling and/or ground engineering. This is a permanent position based in the Midlands, with flexible working options available subject to experience. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and manage estimates for various piling and ground engineering projects. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive bids. * Analyse project requirements and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates. * Participate in tender reviews and provide input on project planning and budgeting. * Monitor and update cost databases to reflect current market conditions and trends. Experience in the following areas is highly desirable: * Rotary Piling * CFA Piling * Sheet Piling * Mini Piling * Ground Engineering Qualifications: * Proven experience as an Estimator in the piling and/or ground engineering industry. * Strong analytical and numerical skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. * Proficiency in estimation software and tools. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
