Job Title: Paid Media Manager Location: Central London – Hybrid Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Bonus About the Company Due to continued success, growth, and internal promotions, an award-winning independent digital agency is seeking a new Paid Media Manager to join their team in the heart of London. The agency operates with a highly flexible, hybrid working model. You will have the freedom to tailor your working hours to suit your individual needs and select which days to work from the office. With over 20 years of experience delivering high-end digital marketing campaigns and strategies, the agency has recently invested in additional training opportunities to ensure you remain at the forefront of paid media. The company prides itself on a relaxed, social culture and has recently opened a brand-new office, purpose-built to support its commitment to hybrid working. Paid Media Manager Role & Responsibilities With the support of the Head of Paid Media, you will work on delivery across a range of key client accounts. Additionally, your role will involve: Working on a mix of PPC and Paid Social: With the opportunity to learn Programmatic if you choose. Overseeing the new and existing paid media strategies, from proposals to testing and analysis; and delivering final reports and recommendations. Being involved in the full pipeline of Paid Media Advertising: From ideation to activation and optimisation. Work with your Paid Media Director on client communications of the accounts you work on, however client services will handle some of the day-to-day client communication. Line management of 1 or 2 Paid Media executives, working with them on a smaller client account. Your Skills & Experience The agency is committed to your training and development, to support your progression to a Paid Media Director position. The agency does ask that you have: 2 years of PPC and Paid Social advertising experience. Programmatic advertising experience is desirable, but not essential. Google Analytics experience. Team management experience. Communication and client management skills, as you work closely with clients and other teams in the agency. Be motivated and results driven, using analytics to inform decision making in a fast-paced environment. A strong attention to detail and a forward-thinking attitude, as you oversee the work of the junior members of your team.
