Extrusion Team Leader

Team Leader (Extrusion) Our client (located in the Alfreton area) is looking for an Extrusion Team Leader to join them on a fixed term contract. The contract will initially be 6 months, 12 hour days, 4 on and 4 off. As an Extrusion Team Leader youll be responsible for a team of 15. Duties will include:- Supervise and monitor all day-to-day extrusion Coordinate and control the daily operation of the team Oversee and control the teams performance Updating records and KPIs on the companies ERP system Supporting the Manager in preparing staff rotas Monitoring raw material stocklevels and ordering when required To apply for this role youll need the following experience: Extrusion knowledge & experience Experience in managing small teams Knowledge of ERP systems would be advantageous This role is initially a 6 month contract however longer term opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
