Contracts Manager - External Refurbishment

Contracts Manager – Medium sized refurbishment main contractor Future Build are currently searching for a Contracts Manager to work for a medium sized, well established refurbishment main contractor based in East London. Due to a number of new project wins recently and an increase in work load in the second half of 2024 they are now looking to bring an additional Contracts Manager into the business to oversee the successful delivery, from programming through to client handover of 2 to 4 projects at any one time – most of which will be external refurbishments of private mansion blocks, schools, commercial buildings and some high end residential properties with contract values typically between £500K to £3m in value. The expected ratio between time spent in the office and on site is expected to be 50/50.
