TXM are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to work on contract with our client, Hitachi. This role is Home Based and will require the post holder to travel to the Ludgate Hill office when required. Contract is currently to 28.03.25 but may be extended. Daily pay rate £184.35 Umbrella or £140.24 PAYE The role is to coordinate a wide variety of activities related to centralised recruitment processes including:- ATS (Workday) management, candidate management, interview organisation and admin support where required.  Main Responsibilities Provide a professional and responsive administration service to customers both internally and externally. Admin support with writing and posting adverts, internal and external job boards, including Linked In. Organise and coordinate interviews, collaborate with the reception at each Hitachi location to secure room bookings and schedule availability with stakeholders and candidates. When appropriate, support the candidate sourcing process by attracting passive and active talent into various positions around the organisation. Specifically, the use of LinkedIn recruiter. Continually evaluate and suggest improvements and ideas around optimisation of our current process, procedures and policies Maintain awareness of trends and analytics that have an impact on recruitment process Working with internal marketing team to organise and support external recruitment events Assist as required with other coordination, administration and adhoc duties within the recruitment function Essential Requirements Previous Recruitment coordination and administration experience within a fast moving corporate environment Advanced level skills with Outlook or equivalent system Excellent planning, prioritising and organising skills Awareness and understanding of HR/Recruitment practices Able to represent Hitachi in a professional manner at all times Good team worker, who can work effectively independently Position holder must be able to interface effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders Intermediate to advanced IT skills – typically Word, Excel, PowerPoint Desirable Requirements Experience with using Linked In recruiter Previous experience working for an in house talent team or a recruitment agency If you have agency or in house resourcer/administration experience, are a confident communicator, are highly organised, creative and intuitive, please get in touch!    Tanya Wallace   (phone number removed)   (url removed)
