The Role of the successful Building Surveyor As a Building Surveyor, you will work independently within a collaborative consultancy team, delivering a mix of professional and project-focused services. You will manage a diverse client portfolio across office, mixed-use, hotel, retail, and airport projects. With this autonomous role, you'll have the opportunity to manage your own workload, take on client responsibilities, and lead projects to successful completion. Responsibilities: Provide a broad range of core professional and project-driven building surveying services Manage projects independently, from client brief through to completion Develop and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact Lead project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes for clients Collaborate with a tight-knit team while enjoying the benefits of an autonomous role The Ideal Building Surveyor This role is ideal for a Building Surveyor with a consultancy or private practice background who takes pride in independently managing projects. Ideally RICS chartered or equivalent experience RICS accredited degree Background in consultancy or private practice, with solid experience in project and professional services Strong ability to work autonomously and manage projects independently In Return?
