Permanent Multitrade Position Available

Our client, a reputable multi discipline construction company, is currently seeking a skilled Multitrade professional to join their team in Hertfordshire. This is a permanent position offering a competitive annual salary of £40,000.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Multitrade role
• Background in Carpentry-YOU MUST BE SKILLED AT HANGING DOORS
• Demonstrable experience with various trade skills (e.g., plumbing, tiling, painting)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UK driving license
• Able and willing to rtavel around various sites in the greater London area.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake a variety of trade tasks, with a focus on carpentry work
• Carry out maintenance, repair, and installation work as required
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Benefits:

• £40k annual salary
• Company Van / phone / pension scheme
• 20 days holiday rising to 24
• Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
• this will be a temp to perm role. You will be required to work 3 x months on a temp basis with a view to going perm after that.
