Salary - 28,338.96 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Overtime when needed

Hours - 46.5 hours per week

Location - Colwick Transfer Station, Nottinghamshire, NG4 2JU

This new facility is for bulking, treatment and transfer of waste materials collected from local businesses and householders. It also does the shredding of residual waste to produce refuse derived fuel (RDF).

What will you be doing?

  • Operate mobile plant, baler and shredder.
  • Ensure turnaround times are met regarding the tipping and loading of vehicles
  • Inspection of all input and output material and reporting of any non conforming loads and ensuring the quality meets with customers specification
  • Ensure that the facility is left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleaned up before leaving the are
  • Ensure that all related documentation is completed in a timely and accurate fashion



What are we looking for?

  • Similar operational / manual handling experience
  • Yellow plant licence - Loading shovel is essential
