Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic recently qualified Solicitor who is keen to join the dynamic insurance litigation team of one of our clients. Working on behalf of a number of UK-wide insurers, this role will focus on handling a broad range of injury claims to include employers / public liability, motor related injuries, catastrophic injuries and industrial / occupational disease claims. Suggested Skills / Experience: Ideally, a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience (although, all levels will be considered) within a litigation claims role. If NQ, then a training seat or rotation within an insurance litigation team. A proven track record of working within a legal claims environment, handling claims from cradle to grave. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a client-focused approach. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in insurance litigation law.
