HR Advisor Location: Belfast (Ormeau Road) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Hybrid Working: 2 days from home, 3 days office-based Hours: 9am - 5pm (flexibility around start and end times) Benefits: 25 days holidays plus 8 statutory days, agile working benefits, family-friendly working practices On behalf of our client we are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a growing team. As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with the Head of Human Resources to deliver a high-quality HR support function. You will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of people management strategies aligned with the organisations strategic goals. This is an ideal role for an ambitious HR professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic, multi-site environment while developing their career. Main Responsibilities: Support the Head of HR in delivering people management strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives Provide expert advice to managers and staff on all aspects of HR and people management Ensure HR policies and practices are up-to-date and compliant with current employment legislation and good practice Support managers with employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and development Work on both strategic and operational HR priorities that contribute to business growth Essential Criteria: 1-2 years experience in an HR Advisory role Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent Knowledge of NI & ROI Employment Law For more information contact Leon McHugh at Artemis Human Capital today!
