Role Responsibilities:

Lead the History Department in curriculum planning, assessment, and instructional development. Teach across KS3 and KS4, engaging students with history and promoting analytical and critical-thinking skills. Foster a culture of academic excellence by supporting student engagement and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching and learning in every classroom. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for an aspiring or established leader ready to make a lasting difference in the lives of students.
