Quantity Surveyor

4Site are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a leading high-end residential main contractor based in West London. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial aspects of super prime residential refurbishments valued up to £20m. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and procurement schedules Ensure contractual compliance and handle contract administration Oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts Provide regular financial reports and monitor project progress Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best value Support decision-making with accurate cost assessments Requirements: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a high-end residential refurbishment main contractor Strong knowledge of procurement, contracts, and cost management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to prestigious high-end residential projects across Central London, working with a dedicated and dynamic team.
