Health and Safety Director Location: Kent (Homebased with Travel) Salary: Circa £90,000 plus Excellent Benefits We're very pleased to have been engaged by an innovative Health and Safety Consultancy looking to recruit a new Health and Safety Director. The company's client base ranges from global financial companies and entertainment providers through to manufacturing and construction organisations. This role will report directly to the CEO. Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Director will include: Developing and enhancing the business strategy, creating a clear delivery roadmap to ensure the vison is achieved Working with a range of clients, overseeing project delivery, accurately assessing health and safety risks and strategy, and working with clients to create and deliver solutions Maintaining and continually developing strong relationships with clients to truly understand their requirements and be able to create innovative solutions Develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition, with a focus on diverse industries.Skills and experience that the Health and Safety Director will have: Consultancy leadership experience with a proven track record of creating pragmatic, innovative solutions, ideally across a range of sectors NEBOSH Diploma/ equivalent Proven management and leadership experience, excellent communications skills with experience of engaging with a range of stakeholders Good commercial acumen, financial understanding, and an entrepreneurial focusThis is a unique opportunity to join a growing consultancy and take ownership of business and commercial strategy.
