On behalf of our client we are looking for a TelesalesExecutiveto join their Thetford based team.
The TelesalesExecutivepositionis an office based role and you will be responsible for generating new leads, calling prospect leads, building relationships with potential clients, and making appointments for the sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
There will be lots of sales calls to make!
Duties:
- Manage incoming calls
- Conduct market research and analyse customer needs
- Make proactive sales calls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably telephone sales
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great at data entry and keeping CRM systems up to date
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 0800-1630. The holiday allowance is 28 days per year (inc Bank Holidays) and the salary is £26,000 per year, plus an uncapped commission structure (OTE £30,000 per year)
