Sr. DSP Insights Manager, Delivery Service Partners (DSP) (Hiring Immediately)

The EU DSP Management team works with the various European countries tooptimize our end-to-end relationships with the Delivery Service Providers(DSP’s), focusing on providing a best-in-class partnerships with ourstakeholders across EU. We are looking for a Sr. DSP Insights Manager who is ready to roll up theirsleeves and help us develop actionable, data-driven insights, using variousquantitative tools and core project management skills. Key job responsibilities Core responsibilities include : - Managing our organization’s AWS account, including a data warehouse inRedshift. Manage permissions structure by eg administrating IAM settings. - Owning reporting for strategic roadmaps by working with business leaders;driving expansion and optimization of new business units in our DSP program. - Developing and maintaining performance dashboards with key metrics forreview with senior leadership and business teams; synthesizing largequantities of data to help create new, step-change initiatives for theorganization. - Onboarding data to our data warehouse by building automated data pipelinesutilizing eg Python in Lambda or Sagemaker to invoke API calls. - Using statistical techniques and tools for strategic deep dives; generatingactionable insights and effectively communicating recommendations to seniorleadership. - Inventing new ways to analyze data to identify the trends and gaps in theexperience and services we provide to our delivery service partners. - Partnering with other data engineers and analysts to build and automatecentral tools that will improve the quality of reporting and analysis in theorganization. - Partner with our global teams, align on reporting needs, setup, maintainand own data pipelines. About the team Our analytics team (DIAT - DSP Intelligence, Analytics and Tools) aims to: - Build and manage a robust data platform to improve data coverage, qualityand availability - Develop tools and automation to improve self-service and reduce manualprocess risks - Use data rigor to deep dive and generate actionable insights - Maintain usage & quality controllership for all provided reportings ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB)data sets - Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and expert SQL skills. - Experience in administration of AWS technologies - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similartools - Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate betweendata and business needs - Experience with theory and practice of information retrieval, data science,machine learning and data mining - Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments andstatistical analysis of results ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to seniorleadership - AWS Cloud Practitioner AWS Solutions Architect AWS Data Engineer Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
