Senior Manual Mail Operator £25000 Wymondham, Norfolk Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a Senior Manual Mail Operator to work for a manufacturing company based in Wymondham, Norfolk The site is one of 17 sites across the UK. The site specialises in production of outbound and inbound document services. The site contains printing, mailing and warehousing capability for the purposes of outbound mail and postal and electronic receipt, capture, validation, and document storage for the purposes of inbound mail. In addition, Production Services, Finance, and IT functions reside on the site. As the Manual Mail Senior Operators you will be responsible for managing the performance of their immediate team and area in terms of quality, throughput, and SLA delivery. You will be responsible for managing the day to day performance of the team and its members. This includes setting a positive tone and generating an open, trusting work environment. Senior Manual Mail Operator Job Role: * To ensure work is collected from the enclosing team for sealing or taken to the despatch bench. * Ensuring a stock runner collects stock when requested by the enclosing team. * To raise immediately any problems with late work to get this despatched within SLA. * To make sure all work is correctly sealed and made ready for despatch to the correct mail service providers. * Ensuring completed work is taken to the appropriate area of the Warehouse in time for mail collection. * To clear down the room at the end of the day ensuring all stock is returned to its correct location. * To prepare the room for the following day. * Ensuring all emails are dealt with in a timely manner and any issues raised to the relevant teams. * Carry out regular QA checks.
